TROUBLE SHOOTING

If you have any issues with warning lights on your toilet please refer to the trouble shooting page in your manual supplied with every toilet.

You can also download a copy of the manual from our website under the "Installation" tab. Be sure to choose the correct toilet model manual.

If you cannot resolve the issue from the information provided call your local Agent. Prior to an agent arriving at your address the toilet needs to be cold and clean. If the toilet is not clean the agent will need to return once it has been cleaned, an additional callout charge will apply.
