OUR GUARANTEE
Life time technical support with a 3 Year Warranty
The most important conditions for a well-functioning Cinderella is proper installation. This will ensure efficiency and long life. Correct installation ensures optimal supplies of air intake and exhaust, which results in efficient incineration. Correct installation also reduces the wear and tear on your toilet’s components.
A properly installed and maintained Cinderella incineration toilet is covered by a three-year warranty. For us to activate your warranty, as the owner of the toilet, (do not assume your installer has done this on your behalf) ensure that you email photographs of your installed toilet to sales@ecoash.co.nz. Under the "Installation" tab above we have added installation pdf's that are supplied with every toilet sold. You can refer to these documents to check your toilet is installed correctly. Each toilet has different installation requirements. The photos you email us need to show the following:
-
The outlet flue. The Freedom LPG toilet is not allowed any bends in the pipe. The Comfort electric toilet can have up to 2 x 45 degree bends in the flue.
-
The flue must be a minimum of 600mm above the intersecting roof line for both Freedom and Comfort toilets.
-
The horizontal pipe should not be tilting into the toilet. Condensation needs to exit the hole in the elbow pipe.
-
The Freedom LPG toilet inlet vent must be open at all times when the toilet is operating. The vent can either be in the wall behind the toilet. If you have a tiny home off the ground with plenty of airflow underneath the home the vent can be in the floor directly underneath the toilet. Having both is not a requirement but is also an option.
-
The Comfort electric toilet inlet pipe must be flush with the outside cladding and the storm cover just covering the pipe ensuring plenty of airflow into the toilet.

Cinderella Incineration toilets are covered for defects in materials or workmanship on the terms, for the period of three years from the original date of purchase; subject to the exceptions expressed under the Warranty page of the product’s user manual.
If you are using the Cinderella toilets in a commercial or semi commercial situation there is a 1 year warranty.
